CBI files chargesheet in Twisha Sharma death

The CBI on 17 August filed a Bhopal chargesheet naming Samarth Singh and retired district judge Giribala Singh in Twisha Sharma's death. She was found dead at her marital home in Katara Hills on 12 May. The agency invoked BNS provisions on cruelty, abetment of suicide and common intention, plus the Dowry Prohibition Act. They had married in December 2025.
