An Indian mariner was killed and eight crew members wounded, including six Indians and two Ukrainians, after Iran struck tankers named Mombasa and Al Bahiyah linked to Bahrain and the UAE, as the United States carried out fresh strikes on Iranian targets Tuesday. President Donald Trump said Washington was reinstating a blockade and would seek 20 percent reimbursement on cargo.
