Supreme Court quashes NEET protest FIRs nationwide

The Supreme Court on Tuesday quashed FIRs linked to Cockroach Janta Party NEET protests between July 20 and 25. Chief Justice Surya Kant's bench invoked Article 142 after Centre and state applications. CJP co-convenor Saurav Das said the September 5 Delhi march was withdrawn after assurances. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said no new FIRs would follow for those dates.
