G Parameshwara set to be Shivakumar's deputy

Former Karnataka Congress chief G Parameshwara will be appointed deputy chief minister under Chief Minister-designate DK Shivakumar, NDTV reported citing sources. Parameshwara, a former home minister and prominent Dalit leader, is seeking to be the only deputy even as other leaders continue pushing for multiple deputy chief ministers.
