Manipur ambush kills 4 Naga civilians, bodies retrieved

Bodies of four Naga civilians killed in an ambush in Manipur's Kangpokpi district were retrieved on Friday, a day after the attack. Armed assailants attacked a vehicle between Makui Ashang and Thanamba Naga villages around 8.30 am on Thursday, killing four and injuring one. One victim was a private school principal. The United Naga Council accused two Kuki militant outfits.
