Tata Realty names Gaurav Jain MD and CEO

Tata Realty and Infrastructure appointed Gaurav Jain as MD and CEO from October 1, 2026. He succeeds Sanjay Dutt, who took the role in 2018. Jain has over 23 years in real estate at Birla Estates, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespace and Unitech. Chairman Praveer Sinha said Jain brings residential and commercial expertise. TRIL is a wholly owned Tata Sons subsidiary.
