Uday Kotak cites Google $80 bn raise as wake-up call

Kotak Mahindra Bank founder Uday Kotak posted on X that Alphabet's plan to raise $80 billion, despite cash surplus, should be a wake-up call for Indian companies to invest in the future. He noted Google's annual profit near $160 billion and market cap about $4.5 trillion, close to all Indian listed firms combined on exchanges.
