Gurugram court sends Bainsla to 14-day custody

A Gurugram court on September 18, 2026 sent Kalyan Bainsla and cousin Lavnish to 14 days of judicial custody in the hit-and-run case involving biker Shivani Chauhan, alias Sia. They were produced before the court after a two-day police remand ended on Friday. Police said Civil Judge Nidhi Beniwal fixed October 1 as the next hearing.
