James and Stuart shortlisted for second Booker Prize

Marlon James and Douglas Stuart could become fifth authors to win the Booker Prize twice after Tuesday's six-book shortlist. James won in 2015 for A Brief History of Seven Killings; Stuart won in 2020 for Shuggie Bain. Mary Beard chaired judges who chose six titles from 163 UK and Ireland submissions. The winner receives 50,000 pounds.
