Brendan Taylor passes Tendulkar for longest ODI span

Zimbabwe's Brendan Taylor became the longest-serving men's ODI cricketer after playing the first ODI against Australia in Harare on Tuesday. His career now spans 22 years and four months, ahead of Sachin Tendulkar's 22 years and three months. Tendulkar still holds the records for most ODI runs at 18,426 and most appearances at 463 matches. Taylor is 40.
