The BJP marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 76th birthday with blood donation camps, lamp lighting and Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. In West Bengal, Modi released the fourth Annapurna Yojana instalment paying Rs 3,000 a month to about 15 million women. Madhya Pradesh's Mohan Yadav said drives ran at more than 290 locations. Maharashtra lit diyas at 10,000 locations, Hindustan Times reported.
