Kerala university transfers chocolate tech to farmer company

Kerala Agricultural University in Vellanikkara transferred chocolate-making technology from its Cocoa Research Centre to the Kothamangalam Agriculture Producer Company. Research Division head Latha A handed it to CEO Sunil Cyriac. Professor Minimol J S said the move aims to raise cocoa farmers' produce value and support cocoa enterprises. The Centre will keep giving technical support until the enterprise is self-sufficient.
