BRICS declaration flags nuclear conflict risks

BRICS leaders adopted a New Delhi Declaration on Saturday voicing concern over growing risks of nuclear danger and conflict. The text also cited deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure and peaceful nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards.
