MGL hikes CNG Rs 2 per kg from September 1

Mahanagar Gas Ltd will raise compressed natural gas prices by Rs 2 per kilogram from September 1 across all retail outlets. Domestic piped natural gas rates will rise by Rs 1 per standard cubic metre. MGL said the hikes offset rising imported spot RLNG costs. CNG will cost Rs 88 per kg in and around Mumbai after the revision.
