House of Hiranandani leased 2.72 lakh sq ft of Grade-A office space at Centaurus in Hiranandani Estate, Thane, to Accenture Solutions. Sources said the 10-year deal carries monthly rent of Rs 1.9 crore, about Rs 269 crore over the tenure. JLL India facilitated the lease. The 21-storey tower has 1.9 million sq ft built up. A company spokesperson declined comment.
