India and EU discuss critical minerals and fintech

Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman and EU economy commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis discussed deeper cooperation in critical minerals, fintech and artificial intelligence in Asheville. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting. They also reviewed ongoing India-EU free trade and Investment Protection Agreement negotiations, the finance ministry said.
