Vietnam boat survivor recalls capsize within minutes

Survivor Nirmal Kumar of Palani in Dindigul arrived in Chennai on July 13 night after a speedboat carrying 32 Indian tourists and four crew capsized near Hon May Rut Ngoai off Phu Quoc island on July 11, killing 15 people. He said a wave flipped the closed boat within three minutes, trapping many underneath despite their life jackets.
