NHAI said residents within 20 km of eligible toll plazas can buy monthly local passes digitally through the Rajmargyatra mobile app without visiting a plaza. The pass allows unlimited travel through the respective toll for one month once verified and linked to FASTag. The first rollout is at Mundka-Bakkarwala on Delhi's Urban Extension Road-II, with expansion to other plazas planned.
