Tata Trusts deny NRTT share-transfer claims

Tata Trusts rejected allegations over a 1989 share transfer by the Navajbai Ratan Tata Trust to the late Naval H Tata, calling the claims baseless and malafide. The Trusts said the transaction was lawful, backed by consideration, duly stamped and compliant with regulations in force at the time.
