Delhi man stabbed 17 times near school, one held

A 22-year-old man died after he was allegedly stabbed 17 times following an altercation with two persons in east Delhi's Mandawali area, police said on Friday. A PCR call was received at 7:54 pm on Thursday. Police identified the victim as Vansh Dedha. Keshav Kumar, 22, was arrested. Police said the second assailant has been identified and raids are underway.
