Telangana Assembly Speaker G. Prasad Kumar on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 suspended 20 Bharat Rashtra Samithi members for the rest of the monsoon session. Legislative Affairs Minister D. Sridhar Babu moved the motion after BRS legislators thronged the Speaker's podium. Named MLAs include T. Harish Rao and K.T. Rama Rao. Two BRS MLCs were suspended Tuesday.
