Collegium recommends Agrawal as Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice

The Supreme Court Collegium on Monday recommended Chhattisgarh High Court judge Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal as Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court. The resolution followed letters from Supreme Court judge Justice Sandeep Mehta complaining of Rajasthan Acting Chief Justice S.P. Sharma. Justice Mehta said Justice Sharma had been Acting Chief Justice for the past 10 months.
