CJI Surya Kant says India is building Swadeshi jurisprudence

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant said the Supreme Court has treated technology as an aid to human reasoning, not a substitute for judicial thought. Speaking at Oxford, he said emphasis is being placed on developing distinctly Indian or Swadeshi jurisprudence.
