Zepto files updated DRHP for nearly Rs 10,000 crore IPO

Zepto filed an updated draft red herring prospectus for its much-awaited IPO, which includes a fresh issue of Rs 8,010 crore and an offer for sale of up to 11.3 crore shares. The company may also raise up to Rs 1,602 crore in a pre-IPO placement.
