Abdullah urges humanity as Wangchuk fast hits day 19

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on July 16 expressed concern over Sonam Wangchuk's health as his hunger strike at Jantar Mantar entered day 19. Abdullah urged the Centre to show compassion, saying there must be room for humanity. He recalled the UPA government engaged Anna Hazare in 2011 but noted no dialogue has been attempted with Wangchuk.
