Sonam Wangchuk plans 20-km Leh anniversary march

Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk will lead a 20-km symbolic march in Leh next week to mark the first anniversary of civilian killings in Ladakh. Four civilians died in police firing on September 24 last year. The Ladakh administration has announced Rs 15 lakh each for the four families from a Rs 1.52 crore compensation package.
