The Supreme Court on July 14 declined to stay a Madhya Pradesh High Court order declaring the Bhojshala-Kamal Maula Mosque complex a temple and barring Friday namaz there. It directed Dhar administration to identify a separate open space adjacent to or near the complex for Muslim Friday prayers.
