Bar Council freezes then restores NALSAR 2026 enrolment

The Bar Council of India on August 13 first directed all State Bar Councils not to enrol any 2026 graduate of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, until further orders. Hours later it modified that freeze. Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra said a vast majority of the batch were innocent. All 2026 students may now enrol with the council of their choice.
