6 Indian American students win Davidson Fellowships

Six Indian American students were named 2026 Davidson Fellows with awards of $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000. Aditya Sengupta, 18, of Bellevue, Washington, won the $100,000 Laureate scholarship for clear-air turbulence prediction work. Tanishka Aglave, Hitaishi Chillara, Praadhyumn Indaana and Rajarshi Mandal each received $50,000. Pavan Subramani received $25,000. The programme honours students aged 18 or younger.
