Manipuri musician Chongtham Vikram Singh killed in Delhi

Manipuri guitarist Chongtham Vikram Singh was allegedly killed outside his Kilokari flat in Delhi on Sunday night after objecting to noise, police said. He had taught music privately in Delhi for 17 years. He died around 7 am Monday at an Okhla hospital. Police arrested seven adults and apprehended a 15-year-old boy linked to the assault.
