Ravichandran Ashwin questioned the BCCI decision to drop Suryakumar Yadav from India's T20I squad, telling ESPNcricinfo a World Cup-winning captain deserved more time to prove himself in England. The BCCI on June 6 named Shreyas Iyer captain for the upcoming Ireland and England white-ball tours. Ashwin said team ethos should weigh leadership contribution alongside batting form.
