Deloitte India said on Friday the Indian economy is expected to grow by 7.1-7.3 percent in the current fiscal. The outlook cites a sustained revival in private investment as an added demand source. Economist Rumki Majumdar said gross fixed capital formation grew by 11.9 percent in the first quarter of FY 2026-27. That was its fastest expansion in four years.
