A Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court asked the district judge and police commissioner for reports by Wednesday after Delhi advocates reported an assault at the district court. Abhipsa Mohanty, Komal Agrawal and Ashutosh Srivastava said advocate Saurabh Kumar Verma blocked their vakalatnama filing. Their client Mohammad Shakir was beaten during a property dispute hearing on Tuesday.
