India China hold first eastern Corps talks

India and China are set for their first eastern Corps Commander talks on September 6, 2026 at Wacha in Arunachal Pradesh. Lt Gen Girish Kalia of 3 Corps will represent India. The armies already use Corps talks at Chusul-Moldo in Ladakh after the 2020 Galwan clash. The Wacha-Damai point hosts this round on the Indian side.
