Fifteen-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi took 2 for 11 in three overs of left-arm off-spin for East Zone in the Duleep Trophy. East Zone beat North East Zone by an innings and 210 runs in Bengaluru. Captain Ishan Kishan gave him the ball with North East at 63 for 5 in the follow-on. Sooryavanshi dismissed Kishan Lyngdoh and Imliwati Lemtur.
