Three ex-TMC leaders file BJP Rajya Sabha nominations

The Hindu reported that Sukhendu Sekhar Ray, Sushmita Dev and Prakash Chik Baraik filed BJP nomination papers on July 13 for West Bengal Rajya Sabha byelections set for July 24. The three seats fell vacant after they resigned from the Upper House and quit Trinamool Congress following the party's Assembly election defeat in the state.
