Vijay seeks probe after three Tamils shot in Karnataka forest

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay condemned the shooting of Anthony Sami, John Rose Peter and Kumar in the Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary on 15 August. He said they were Tamils living in Hanur taluk and that the Forest Department's explanation was unacceptable. He asked for a high-level inquiry and aid for the families.
