Badal calls Nanded attack a bid to disturb peace

Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Badal said that forces opposed to peace were targeting him and his party to disturb harmony in Punjab. He spoke after discharge from a Nanded hospital, a day after a kirpan attack at Gurdwara Mata Sahib Devan Ji Mugat. Police have arrested Jaspal Singh, a sewadar from Pune. Motive was still being probed.
