Monsoon clouds shifted south over Kerala and the Bay of Bengal on Wednesday. Bengaluru and Tuni recorded 6 cm of rain in 12 hours ending Wednesday morning; Port Blair logged 2 cm. IMD forecast isolated heavy rain over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal for six days from Wednesday. Kerala and Mahe may see heavy rain for three days from Saturday.
