12 Madras Regiment firearms still missing after a week

Twelve firearms and more than 1,800 rounds stolen from the 20 Madras Regiment at Bolarum remain missing a week after the theft surfaced. The cache includes four AK-203 rifles, an INSAS 1B1 rifle, six 9 mm pistols and a civilian 6.35-bore pistol. An NIA team visited on September 5. Police have made no formal arrests so far.
