Delhi High Court refuses urgent listing of police force plea

The Delhi High Court on July 21 refused to urgently list a petition alleging Delhi Police used excessive force against CJP protesters during the July 20 Chalo Sansad march. Chief Justice D K Upadhyaya told the petitioner do not drag the court into all this. The matter will be listed for hearing on July 23 according to the bench.
