Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has bought 4.45 acres of land in Tail Baila village in Pune district for Rs 1.37 crore. The deal was registered on August 25, with Rs 6.87 lakh paid in stamp duty. He bought the land from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain. Tail Baila is known for its 200 to 250-foot rock walls.
