RoboTechnik seeks $800 million Hong Kong listing

Chinese automation firm RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology plans to launch a Hong Kong listing on September 21 seeking about $800 million, people familiar with the matter told Economic Times. It aims to price on September 24 and debut on September 29. First-half 2026 net profit was 6.6 million yuan after a year-earlier loss of 33.3 million yuan.
