India summons Russian envoy over four seafarer deaths

India on July 21 summoned Russian charge d'affaires Vladimir Ladanov and lodged a strong protest over the killing of four Indian seafarers aboard the Guinea-Bissau-flagged merchant vessel MV Golden Leo off Ukraine's coast on July 19.
