Meta pledges child-safety reports after September 9 summons

Meta has agreed to report child sexual abuse and other child safety matters to Indian law enforcement, sources said. A Meta spokesperson said such matters will go to the I4C cyber crime portal. NCPCR summoned Meta India leaders on September 9 over alleged CSEAM ads flagged by BBC Eye. NHRC has asked Delhi Police to probe Instagram ad claims.
