Landslide shuts Mumbai Pune Missing Link after nine weeks

A landslide on July 6, 2026, blocked the Pune-to-Mumbai carriageway of the Rs 6,695 crore Mumbai-Pune Expressway Missing Link inaugurated on May 1. Heavy rain near Tunnel-2 damaged a protective slab and retaining wall.
