Delhi HC refuses stay on digging at Jaipur Polo Ground after Centre took 15.20 acre possession

New Indian Express reported June 30 vacation bench Justice Vinod Kumar said no stay is possible once government holds possession of the Race Course area ground. Indian Polo Association challenged sessions court refusal of interim relief against May 20 eviction under Public Premises Act. Judge said if appeal succeeds status quo ante will follow listing matter July 1.
