Indian Grandmaster R. Praggnanandhaa beat world No. 1 Magnus Carlsen for the second time in the same Norway Chess tournament, winning their eighth-round classical game with black pieces. The victory gave him three points and lifted him to 12 points, two behind leader Wesley So and one behind Alireza Firouzja after the eighth round standings.
