SRIT India files Rs 218 crore mainboard IPO

SRIT India plans to raise Rs 218 crore through a mainboard IPO priced at Rs 123 to Rs 130 per equity share. The issue opens Monday and offers 1.68 crore equity shares. Choice Capital Advisors is book-running lead manager and Kfin Technologies is registrar. As of June the order book stood at Rs 1,205 crore.
