Goa nightclub fire accused surrender after 25 deaths

Nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra and partner Ajay Gupta surrendered at the Mapusa court on September 14. The Supreme Court on August 31 dismissed their challenge to bail cancellation and gave two weeks to surrender. The December 6, 2025, fire at Birch by Romeo Lane in Arpora killed 25 people. Their High Court bail was cancelled on August 18.
